This program includes a weightlifting plan, a fat loss plan, a cardio plan, and a nutrition plan. Every month, I will reconstruct your program based on your progress, or even if you change your goals. You and I will have BI-WEEKLY check-ins over the phone to see how you’re doing, and for me to continuously push you to achieve your dream.

This program includes a full routine/plan for whatever option you choose! Whether it’s muscle building, shedding pounds, training for a race, or wanting to eat better. Every month, I will reconstruct your program based on your progress, or even if you change your goals. You and I will have MONTHLY check-ins over the phone to see how you’re doing, and for me to continuously push you to achieve your dream.
